From the legend written on the reverse: "At Sacramento Calif, San Louis Obispo yearly B.B.Q. May 1969".

A unique type 1 candid 8x10. Signed by then Governor Reagan and Ca District Supervisor Lyle Carpenter. The roster identifying the photo's subjects on the reverse and these two signatures appear in the same pen, while the summary and who's who seem to have been added later in blue ink. White House post confirms its journey from Washington DC, returned to Mrs Zenies in Paso Robles CA. Posted on March 6th 1986.

There are penmanship similarities between Reagan's salutation & signature style and that of the list of names on the reverse. Ships fast & free.
