These are located in the US currently. This is not a drop shipped item. These are awesome little gadget gacha gacha. The head set locks in to the phone base with a click. You remove it by pushing up and pulling out. Once removed, the red light flashes, letting you know you can record your message. When you’re done, place the handset back onto the base by pushing down and locking it in place. Pressing the blue button will play your message back. To record another, simply lift the handset again. (I think if you wanted to preserve the message forever, you could superglue the handset in place.) These are slightly larger than 1:12 size & come in black, gray, white, pink & pistachio green. This sale is for one complete set in unopened capsules. I am a sucker for Toys Spirits gacha and absolutely love the vintage technology items. The fact that this one actually works is delightful.
