Finding a completely intact, beautifully crisp \"Factory N\" stamp makes this an incredibly desirable artifact for serious collectors of Chinese export porcelain.The condition presented is in very good to excellent vintage condition, this tureen has been beautifully preserved over the decades. The colors remain strikingly glossy, the glaze is smooth, and the gold accents are brilliant. The basin and handles are completely free of chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. As is expected with genuine mid-century utility porcelain, the lid shows minor signs of its history. There is one solitary, very small cosmetic scratch on the upper lid surface, alongside an exceptionally small, minor chip along the lid rim. Neither flaw compromises the structural integrity or the spectacular display value of this magnificent piece. Both have been factored into the pricing.
