Estate find....Rare AZ HIGHWAY DEPT. First Aid Kit Red Metal Case W/ Original Contents!
The great part is *ALL BUT 2 OF THE CONTENT BOXES ARE ALL SEALED/ NEW*!
The Curad band-aid box was opened, may be a few missing and the snakebite box wasn\'t sealed, but it appears everything is \"unused\" in the snake bite kit. It even has what appears to be a lancet and suction device, which are no longer utilized in modern first aid for snakebites!
What a great kit, like a well-preserved time capsule. Very minimal wear on the red case.
It has the inventory list attached inside the lid, with the State Of Arizona seal!
The back of the case has 2 foldable brackets for mounting.
These were probably used in State Highway vehicles back in the day. I\'m guessing 1960s-70s era?
The inside of the case does have a slight medicinal odor, could be from the open snakebite kit, which has a few ampules inside?
I did wrap the 2 opened boxes with plastic wrap.
