This is the highly collectible NAKAMURA Original 2003 Osaka Zippo Swap Meet Version 1, reportedly produced in a limited quantity of only 100 pieces. Features the iconic Zippo Windy girl in a red, white and blue patriotic design with the Japanese “すいだおれ” sign and ZIPPO OSAKA marking.
Details:
* Genuine Zippo lighter
* 2003 production — bottom stamp E 03
* NAKAMURA Original / Osaka collector model
* “すいだおれ” (Suidatore) Windy design
* Version 1
* Limited edition of approximately 100 pieces
* ZIPPO OSAKA
* Case has visible scratches, surface wear and age-related marks
* Small period engraving/initials on the lower-right rear of the case — please see photos
* Insert appears to be new/unfired
The case shows its age and has been handled, so this is not being represented as mint or new condition. The new/unfired insert is a notable feature of this example.
A hard-to-find early 2000s Japanese Osaka Zippo with a reported 100-piece production run.
From my late grandfathers personal collection looking for a new home.
