This a rare and 100% authentic set of golf items produced by The White House and given as VIP gifts to guests of Vice President James David Vance. VP Vance items are incredibly scarce as The Vice President is less of a mass “gift giver” than his predecessors. It is very hard to acquire relatively all items featuring his Seal/signature but particularly items such as these. This is includes:

All of these items are unworn/unused which is why they are listed as new but the gift bag is very worn from transit/storage and the cardboard Titleist box has some signs of wear for the same reason.
