Proto Rocket / Mendo Pipe - the original iconic American solid Brass handcrafted screen-less pipe
For our Proto Rocket, Phil (the designer) took the best elements of his iconic Classic, and made some quality functional and aesthetic improvements. Its bowl is round and the swiveling top lid is shaped into a graceful crescent that cleverly makes it also function as a roach clip. The bottom tar trap has been transformed from a plug that pops out into a bottom lid that swivels like the top lid, making it super easy to clean. The collar around the Stash Pod, that holds the Poker in place, is completely hand-shaped and knurled for improved function, feel, and appearance. Finally, the finished Rocket gets brushed for a lustrous finish all over. No wonder it has become Phil’s personal pipe of choice when he smokes !
Upgraded Look
The Rocket features a sleek matte finish and its redesigned crescent-shaped lid is engineered to securely hold a roach, enhancing convenience and usability.
Bottom Swivel Lid
The Proto Rocket’s bottom lid has been redesigned for convenience—no more tar trap means you’ll never lose the bottom piece again. This upgrade also allows for a larger storage chamber, extending your pipe use longer than the classic model. This design makes it easier to clean the resin out of the tar trap!
Knurled Collar
The Proto Rocket’s new knurled collar provides an improved grip and modern look, upgrading from the polished classic for enhanced usability and appearance!
