Waterman Ideal 52 1/2 V PRE OWNEDThisiconic, pocket-sized fountain pen from the 1920’s.Waterman used a brilliant numbering code during this era, and your pen\'s code breaks down exactly to mean:

• 5:Lever-filling system
• 2:Fitted with a #2 size Waterman nib
• 1/2:Slim barrel diameter
• V:Vest pocket (a shorter, more compact length)

These pens are highly prized by collectors today, typically commanding prices around$150 to $225+depending entirely on the condition of the material and the flexibility of the 14k gold nib. I do not know enough about this item to determine its condition other than pre owned. Please see pics for most accurate details. The box is damaged in some areas as shown.
