A collector-grade, natural split-half Ammonite fossil (Cleoniceras besairiei) originating from the Cretaceous marine deposits of the Mahajanga Basin, Madagascar. Dating to approximately 110 million years old (Albian Stage, Lower Cretaceous), this marine cephalopod fossil has undergone natural permineralization, replacing its internal biological chambers (camerae) with lustrous honey-golden to dark amber crystalline calcite and open micro-druzy crystal geode vugs.
