Genuine Pelikan Souverän R400 rollerball pen in the sought-after Tortoiseshell-White finish. From Pelikan's flagship Souverän line, made in Germany: a white resin barrel with warm gold-toned pinstripes beneath transparent resin, finished with 24K gold-plated trim and the iconic Pelikan "beak" clip. The R400 is the smaller, pocketable size in the range — about 125 mm capped.
