An employee of Great Western Finance Co was standing by the motorcade as President John F. Kennedy passed by. It was November 22 1963 just a few minutes before he was shot and killed. The employee was deeply moved by what her photo had captured just minutes before the event occurred. She showed her photo to her boss of the company, the president of Great Western Finance. He had the original photo enlarged to 8x10. He then had the time stamp added 12:25 PM, the day of the week, the date, and the company credit line. He then distributed copies in that year to employees, and local business associates. This is the very unique origin of this photograph, and this is not a later reproduction...it is a 1963 original making it very uncommon. The layout and the quality/type of paper is original. It it is in good condition. There are no tears or rips, but if you look close you can see some blemishes located along the passenger side of the car.Shipping within the USA only.SKU 650
