Hello, this is an original, hand brushed calligraphy be the beloved Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh. I purchased it in 2009 at his public speech at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. It bears his original stamp. I guarantee its authenticity. (I've added pictures of the brochures from the 2013 public speech, which I also attended. They are not part of the sale)
Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh's beautiful calligraphies were offered in the lobby of the auditorium. During the intermission, I walked carefully around the tables, happily viewing the calligraphies. I selected this one, with the iconic phrase, "Peace is Every Step".
This was one of the few calligraphies on paper with finer fibers. I believe it is rice paper. I'm adding this observation, because most of the calligraphies have larger fibers, darker paper, and soft, irregular edges.
The calligraphy is 12 1/4in. x 18 1/4 in.
Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh wrote calligraphies to help people connect to Dharma, and to support the monestaries and the orphanage.
It has been wonderful to live with this calligraphy, and now it is time for others to be with it. I'm gratefully selling this to raise money to help animals.
The calligraphy will be carefully tubed and boxed. Shipping will be free to the buyer, with tracking and some insurance. It will ship after payment has been received. The buyer will sign to confirm they've received the package.
Shipping is within the USA.
Please examine the pictures, and

Thank you for considering this exquisite calligraphy. "Peace is every step".
All the best to you,
