From what i've read this system was put together towards the end of the F4 Phantoms service life and I can't find too many examples of it in use... In any case these look to be unused condition but sold as a collectible only!
As with any more modern military aircraft parts I might have these items are sold to the US only with an end user statement and sold as a collectible only!
