Rare Moulton TSR 2Belt Drive Separable Orange Bike Sturmey Archer 2 Speed Kick Back Hub
A real riding machine. The Moulton TSR 2 is a minimalist,full-suspension urban bicycle featuring a hand-brazed steel space-frame thatseparates into two halves for easy transport.
Key Features:
- Drivetrain: Uses a Sturmey-Archer S2C 2-speedkick-shift hub with an integrated back-pedal coaster brake, eliminating theneed for external shifters and cables, along with factory belt drive system.
- Frame & Separability: Built from ColumbusSpirit and Reynolds 525 CrMo steels. It disassembles into two pieces byremoving the central king pin (Hex6 Bolt or Silver Knob option) and unwindingthe lower knob.
- Suspension: Equipped with a Moulton Leading Linkfront suspension and a Moulton Monosphere rear suspension for a smooth rideover rough city pavement.
- Wheels: 20-inch (406mm) wheels fitted withhigh-volume road tires

Purchased new from The Cycle Smithy (Chicago – closed after a highly regarded 49 years) via back inMay 2015.
Was used lightly in a church car park whilstteaching my son to ride, but has otherwise been hanging off a wall. There are a few very minor paint nicks. largely unnoticeable – the frame is in 98% fine condition. The bike will need/benefit from a proper service. There are some linear/zig-zag scratches on the seat post.Please see pictures for details.
Will be separated, noodled/padded, and ship in 2 boxes i expect.
