How tomake sure you need a 12.5 inch rod?

You must havethe bare stock to be able to see the placement of the cleaning rod holder/nutin the inside towards the middle of it.

A shortcutto this, will be to insert any kind of rod (where the cleaning rod should go)and measure its depth up to where the front sight is (before the muzzle) and itshould give you a good idea of the length you need.
