This listing features a vintage collection of 33 original postcards, including real photo postcards (RPPC) and early printed views dating primarily from the 1900s through the 1930s and maybe a few later. The group includes studio real photo portraits of infants, children, women holding books, and couples, alongside French views of Nice and La Turbie featuring stone archways, historic streets, and coastal vistas. Additional cards display United States scenes, including Litchfield, Connecticut, and Rockland Harbor, Maine.
The back sides show a mix of posted and unposted undivided and divided backs, with "Carte Postale" headings, handwritten correspondence, period postage stamps, and postmarks. The cards exhibit age-appropriate wear, including edge rounding, corner bumps, paper toning, light foxing, and minor surface creases. This mixed lot offers valuable content for ephemera collectors, genealogy enthusiasts, scrapbooking, or altered art projects.
