Beautiful Matching Pair of Large Victorian-Style Cast Metal Statues
This listing is for a stunning matching pair of decorative cast metal statues featuring a Victorian girl holding an infant and a Victorian boy carrying harvested grain with ducks at his feet. The boy seems to be missing a cane or walking stick of some kind.
These substantial statues feature:
Heavy cast metal construction
Bronze-tone patina
Matching black display bases
Incredible sculptural detail
Victorian / Romantic style
Ideal for entryway, library, office, garden room or estate décor
Both statues are in excellent vintage condition with only light age-appropriate wear. No major chips, cracks or repairs observed. The boy is missing a walking stick or something in his hand.
The textured surface, crisp casting, and bronze-colored patina are consistent with cast metal (likely spelter/zinc alloy or cast iron with a bronze finish).
Please examine all photos carefully as they are part of the description.
