Condition:
This pen was previously used as a display piece and shows light surface wear consistent with display, careful handling, and age. Fine surface marks and light scratches may be present, particularly on the metal trim and clip.
Close-up photos are included to provide a detailed view of age-related marks, scratches, and surface wear. Some fine marks may appear more noticeable under magnification or bright lighting than they are to the naked eye.
The pen does not include its original box, papers, packaging, or original ink refill. A compatible working rollerball refill is included.

About the Laban Mento Collection:
The Laban Mento collection is known for its substantial, oversized profile, classic cigar/torpedo-inspired shape, and bold use of color. Crafted from hand-turned Italian resin, Mento pens feature distinctive patterns created through swirls, shimmer, and contrasting colors, giving each pen a striking appearance.
The Mento became one of Laban\'s signature designs and is particularly well suited to collectors and writers who enjoy larger, substantial pens. Despite its generous dimensions, the resin construction keeps the weight manageable for a pen of this size.
Earlier Production Mento Rollerball: This pen is from an earlier production of the Laban Mento collection and was produced in the rollerball format, which is no longer offered in Laban\'s current Mento lineup. The Mento is currently offered as a fountain pen, making this earlier rollerball version an opportunity for those who prefer a rollerball while still enjoying the distinctive oversized design and Italian resin of the Mento collection. The Mento series has evolved over time, so earlier-production examples may also differ in certain design details from Mento pens currently offered by Laban.
