Kiya Tokusei Japanese Cleaver 9 1/4” Gold Tone Blade Wood Handle Vintage Japan

Vintage Japanese cleaver marked 木屋特製 (Kiya Tokusei), meaning “Specially Made by Kiya,” with MADE IN JAPAN stamped on the blade.

Features an unusual gold-tone, non-magnetic blade, possibly brass or another copper alloy. Exact metal composition is unconfirmed. Large rectangular blade with hanging hole and distinctive semicircular relief near the heel.
