A Career Résumé Linking British Theatre and HollywoodJacqueline Terry Actress Portrait Photo & Resume Masquers Theatre
Jacqueline Terry\'s résumé describes London shows, repertory and touring work, Australian radio, television and ballet. It also names a Masquers Club production of The Importance of Being Earnest, with Lady Gwendolyn as the role. That geographical and theatrical range gives the attached paper much of its interest. A separate screen-credit listing identifies a performer of this name with Lux Video Theatre, but the résumé itself remains the principal source for this item\'s career story.
The item offered
One portrait attached to a larger backing and résumé sheet headed Jacqueline Terry. The source types the play title as The Importance of being Ernest; the familiar title is rendered correctly in this description without changing the original. Staples, folds and annotations remain part of the object. No signature is offered as an autograph, and the item is undated.
A note about the images and condition

From my collection
I\'ve never believed in collecting for it\'s own sake. Collectors items should be shared and circulated. I grew up among my entertainment heroes of the Golden Age of Hollywood, and am now selling-off some of the treasures I accumulated as a fortunate young man in 1970s Tinsel Town. Location: United States. Member since: Jan 27, 2000.
Condition description
The backing/résumé sheet has browned edges, wrinkles, creased corners and rough wear along the left side. Staples secure the portrait near the top and bottom, leaving conspicuous fastening points. The photograph has minor spots and border wear but retains clear facial detail and a pleasing tonal range. The typed résumé remains readable, with unevenly strong printing and further handling marks. An attractive portrait attached to paperwork that has worked harder than the picture. Both pieces show their age, with the heavier wear concentrated in the backing sheet.
