Offering for sale beautiful American brilliant cut wave crest Monroe c.f dresser box with silver rim and adjustable mirror inside in original condition.Period 1900-1909.
Top has a large Hobstar cutting.
Sterling silver rim marked C.F.M co, sterling silver.
The box in a very good condition considering their age.
Several rough spots on the crystal ( see the pictures).
Sterling silver rim have several dents ( look at the pictures). All this a very moderate.
The adjustable mirrow in good condition with no problems and the rim hinge work perfect .
No chips cracks or repair, no alternation.
The similar box pictured on page 63 (Catalog no.11 reprint) of the C.F Monroe
1906-1907.
Dimensions: 8 inches in diameter, 3 3/4 inches in hight.
