I made this basket back in 1993, it still looks as new as the day I finished it. I have never used it for anything other than shelf decor. It is a shimmery blue on the outside, inside is glazed white. Embellished with pink ribbon and roses, tiny light blue flowers, green leaves, and a few tiny strands of string of pearl. It\'s definitely \"Cottage Core\".
It weighs 1 lb. and measures 10\"L x 5\"W x 7\"H (including the handle), this medium size basket could be used to hold so many different things, such as candy, potpouri, makeup, cutesy little soaps, trinkets, etc. Cleaning it is a breeze, just lightly wipe with a damp cloth.
Comes from smoke free environment.
