Golden Griffin Mine Crushed Ore – 1-Gallon Bag – MBMM
Get your hands on real hard rock ore from the Golden Griffin Mine!
Each bag contains ore from the Golden Griffin Mine, processed through a jaw crusher to approximately 1.5-inch-minus size. This means a naturally varied mix of crushed pieces approximately 1.5 inches and smaller, including finer material.
The quartz ore may contain the hallmark minerals of the Golden Griffin—pyrite, galena, chalcopyrite, and the ever-elusive gold! Every bag offers a different assortment of mineralization and textures to explore.
What you’ll receive:
One 1-gallon bag of crushed Golden Griffin ore.
Material jaw-crushed to approximately 1.5-inch-minus size.
A mixture of coarse pieces and smaller crushed material.
Potential examples of the mine’s characteristic sulfide minerals.
Examine individual pieces with a hand lens or microscope, look for interesting mineral specimens, or use the material for further crushing and gold-recovery practice. Additional size reduction may be needed for your chosen recovery method.
Whether you’re a rockhound, a hands-on prospector, or an MBMM fan, this is a chance to explore ore from the Golden Griffin for yourself!
