Collectible vintage tactical boot knife designed by the legendary R.W. (Bob) Loveless and made in Portland, Oregon, USA.
This early-production serialized model features a rock-solid cast-aluminum handle with its original black Armorhide textured grip. Comes complete with the original tactical nylon boot sheath featuring (stamped Gerber Portland, OR and Elk Grove IL 60007).
The dagger profile is completely straight, full length, and retains a very sharp point. The handle texture is excellent with no heavy peeling. Please note: The sides of the blade near the tip has permanent surface scratch marks from a previous sharpening or cleaning attempt (clearly shown in the close-up macro photos). The knife functions beautifully and makes a premier vintage carry or solid collection filler!
