From Ceramica Bardelli these Fornasetti tiles are no longer being produced.
The smaller tiles measure 4 inches square.
The sun and moons are entirely hand painted and are one of the more iconic works of Pietro Fornasetti.
The gold tiles of the famous face are 8 tiles which can cover a small backsplash, used to frame a mirror or a number of other possibilities limited only by your imagination.
The 8 inch square, hand painted library books, there are two, could be made into a tray or framed into a beautiful wall decoration.
These are extremely rare, in perfect condition and wholely handmade.
There is a piece of torn paper where the Suns tiles have been glued in the back, which in no way affects the tile.
