The mug stands about 4\" tall, holding around 10 ounces.It comes to you in excellent used condition, with perhaps a bit of light surface wear commensurate with age and occasional use, but no worrisome damage like chips, cracks, or crazing. In terms of production issues, the seam on the interior of the handle has a slightly raised ridge--no biggie, just something that I noticed upon close inspection. What a great addition to your coffee cupboard!

This handling fee not only contributes toward the obvious selling expenses of bubble wrap, boxes, printer ink, and tape, but more significantly towards the steep selling fees imposed by on your total invoice (sale price + tax + shipping). Even the sale of a $5 dollar mug will incur me over $2 in fees--the higher the cost and weight of the item, so too the fees.
