Up for sale is a rare, vintage Chinese-American fraternal organization New Year greeting card. This historical piece was issued by the Stockton, California branch of the Bing Kong Tong (美洲秉公總堂), one of the oldest and most prominent Chinese-American organizations in the United States. The postcard features crossed United States and Republic of China (ROC) flags tied with a red ribbon, traditional floral vase illustrations on either side, and the political slogans \"Liberty, Equality, Fraternity, Civil Rights\" across the top banner.

The text reads \"A Happy New Year / 恭賀新禧\" and lists the location as \"埠打粦市\" (the historic Cantonese transliteration for Stockton). The bottom text notes it is sent respectfully by all members of the association (\"秉公堂同人鞠躬\").
