A spectator is asked to think of an event and then a date associated with it. He does so but does not identify the date. The performer hands him a standard pocket calendar. The spectator examines the calendar finding that the names of the 52 cards of the deck have been written randomly, one on each day of the week. The spectator is asked to locate his chosen date and read the card written therein.
The card is announced. Then the spectator's attention is directed to a pocket in the calendar cover. In the pocket is a sealed envelope, and in the envelope is a card matching the card written in the freely selected date!
This effect KILLS. Bob Cassidy has performed this effect on TV & in front of live audiences all over (for years), and it is one of those stunning effects that people always remember. Chronologue represents one of Bob Cassidy's finest creations, manufactured to high standards by Collectors' Workshop / Viking Magic with additional ideas by Rich Bloch, Richard Gerlitz, Richard Osterlind, and Andy Martin.
