Based on the horse-drawn firefighting equipment and photographic style, the image appears to date to approximately the late 1890s–early 1900s. This is an original-looking period photograph with excellent detail, including the horses, early firefighting apparatus, ladders, lanterns, firehouse and surrounding buildings.
Condition: Antique condition with significant age-related wear, including staining/spotting, discoloration, creasing, edge and corner wear, small tears/losses and surface wear as shown. No restoration has been attempted.
