A beautiful genuine antique Art Nouveau stickpin featuring the raised face of a young woman surrounded by flowing hair. This treasured piece belonged to my great-great-grandmother and has remained in our family for generations. Based on its design and construction, it likely dates from approximately 1895–1915, making it well over 100 years old.The stickpin is made from gold-tone metal. Its metal composition has not been tested, and no maker’s or metal-content mark was found. It is therefore being sold as an unidentified gold-tone metal—not as solid gold, gold-filled or brass. It measures approximately 2¼ inches long and remains in very good antique condition, with expected patina, discoloration and light surface wear consistent with its considerable age. It has not been polished or restored.A lovely surviving piece of turn-of-the-century jewelry—perfect for an Art Nouveau collector, antique jewelry collection, historical display or creative modern styling. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they are part of the description. You will receive the exact antique stickpin shown.
