Fantastic antique ORIGINAL double sided single card stock cardboard panel sign advertising WINCHESTER FISHING TACKLE and WINCHESTER BASEBALL BAG and BATS. This is one of 2 single store window display panels that I have listed this week. Both sides are marked at top: 7-D - Baseball Display to be shown week of May 1 to May 7 and 8-D - Vacation Display to be shown week of June 5 to June 11. It measures 40” x 18 3/8”. FISHING TACKLE side pictures flies and lures 9613, 9622,9781 and a few unmarked. Also, 8183 - Braided Silk Casting Line, 8001 - Enameled Braided Silk Line, 4250 - Quadruple Action Take Down Reel, 1630 - Single Action Reel, 5017 - Steel Fly Rod Reversible Handle and a 6100 - Split Bamboo Fly Rod. Reverse side only has partial ‘WIN’ at top and WINCHESTER 2251 - Bat Bag, 2400, 2704, 2306 and 2906 baseball bats. BOT posters I have are beautiful! and framed, would look great displayed in a bar, man cave or WHEREVER you like. The graphics are remarkable! I purchased these posters around 30 years ago nailed on a basement (cellar) wall and in my basement since. They haven’t seen sunlight, probably, since they were originally displayed in the 1920’s to 30’s.
Condition is very good as seen in photos. There is some typical wear from age and use including the seen nail holes, edge and corner wear and light scuffing. Like the other one I have listed, the colors and graphics are crisp and vibrant with minimal fading. PLEASE look closely at the photos as they are a BIG part of the description and if you have any questions or want more photos, PLEASE ASK.
These cardstock panels will be loosely rolled and shipped in a rectangular box to prevent damage. Upon receipt, simply unroll, lay flat and they’ll flatten out nicely.
