Antique Victorian trade card for C. D. Kenny, Tea Dealer and Coffee Roaster, featuring a charming lithograph of two children rolling a giant egg spilling with violets. This large, embossed die-cut card is framed by a delicate border of pink wild roses and ornate gold-tone scrollwork. The reverse side provides detailed advertising for pure sugars, Rio coffee, and roasted teas, noting their 30 branch stores. A beautiful example of late 19th-century ephemera, perfect for collectors of Victorian advertising or Easter-themed decor. Noticeable age-related discoloration and staining on the reverse side. Minor edge wear consistent with age. Front remains bright and clear.
