The reverse edge is clearly stamped with the historic maker mark: A.S. PARTRIDGE. Albert S. Partridge was a premier master engraver and stamp/seal manufacturer operating out of downtown Seattle. He was a trusted, primary contractor for official City of Seattle municipal uniform insignia during this era.DESIGN & DETAILS:
