This is a fantastic, 100% complete and fully operational piece of antique kitchen Americana. Unlike many units found today, this peeler is entirely intact with all of its original parts:
- Complete Assembly: Includes the original spring-loaded peeling arm, intact peeling blade, three-prong fruit fork, and the original cast iron table mounting clamp with both thumbscrews.
- Mechanical Status: Excellent working condition. The hand crank rotates smoothly, and all gear teeth on the drive wheel and turntable are unbroken and mesh perfectly. The spring-loaded arm retains strong tension.
- Cosmetic Condition: Beautiful dark, authentic patina with very minimal surface rust. The embossed lettering on the top turntable cap is crisp, clear, and retains its prominent original gold-toned highlighting.
This is an exceptional collector's piece that is ready for display in a rustic or farmhouse kitchen, or for immediate use. Please look closely at the photos for exact cosmetic condition.
