**Antique Nippon Morimura Brothers 7-Piece Dessert / Berry Set - Pink Roses & Heavy Moriage**
Up for sale/sale is a beautiful, authentic 7-piece antique porcelain dessert set manufactured by the Morimura Brothers (later Noritake China).
This museum-quality Japanese export set dates between 1891 and 1911 based on the historical magenta/pink Maple Leaf backstamp under the primary serving bowl.
The set consists of one large double-handled master serving basin and six matching individual smaller dessert bowls.
Each piece features stunning hand-painted soft pink and white Victorian roses accented by vibrant multi-tonal green leaves. The wavy, scalloped edges are lavishly gilded and decorated with meticulous, raised beaded dot \"moriage\" scrollwork. A stylized gold floral crest finishes the center of each white porcelain basin.
**Condition Details:**
Excellent antique condition overall. Porcelain is completely free of cracks, chips, or spiderweb crazing. The hand-painted floral panels remain vibrant with minimal wear. The gold gilt displays slight, expected age-related thinning on raised edges, which is perfectly consistent with a turn-of-the-century item. No structural damage or modern restorations.
