Co., Inc., Davenport, Iowa.The attached manufacturer’s plate appears to identify this as Model L and lists patent dates of July 20, 1909; December 6, 1910; and January 20, 1920.INCOMPLETE: The top lighter/ignition assembly is missing. The interior appears empty, with no operating mechanism present. This is not a functioning lighter and is offered for restoration, parts, or decorative display.Features a hinged wooden lid, attached metal identification plate, and remnants of painted lettering and decoration.Condition: Extensive finish wear, scratches, abrasions, faded decoration, cracks/splits in the wood, and oxidation to metal hardware. Openings and mounting holes remain where components were attached.
