These types of primitive wire kitchen wares generally date back to the late 19th century to the mid-20th century (circa 1890s–1950s). The wheel-spoke designs are common primitive Americana, while the coiled wire rosette style is frequently associated with vintage French or European kitchenware (fil de fer) from the early-to-mid 1900s.
