Organization: The sword belongs to the Knights of Pythias, a fraternal order founded in 1864.

"FCB" Initials: The "FCB" on the crossguard stands for the organization's motto: Friendship, Charity, and Benevolence.

"UR" Initials: The "UR" markings refer to the Uniformed Rank, a branch of the order authorized to participate in public events such as parades.

Design Details: Common motifs on these swords include the knight's helmet with a lion crest (on the pommel), and imagery related to the legend of Damon and Pythias. The engraving on the blade is typical for these custom-ordered ceremonial pieces.

Condition Considerations: As noted in your images, the grip shows wear (loss of finish/wrapping), and there is visible surface wear consistent with age.
