Charming Vintage Figural Ceramic Trinket Box – Red & WhiteA wonderfully unusual vintage ceramic covered dish featuring a charming Asian-inspired figure standing behind a rectangular decorative container. The piece features a glossy white finish with striking coral-red accents, delicate facial details, coordinating stripes, and a small red animal-shaped figure decorating the top.The rectangular lid lifts off to reveal a hollow interior, making this an attractive decorative trinket box for small jewelry, keepsakes, or other tiny treasures. Its sculptural design makes it equally lovely displayed on a vanity, dresser, bookshelf, or in a collection of vintage figurines and ceramics. The underside features a red M-in-wreath backstamp with hand-painted Japan lettering, resembling early Morimura/Noritake-associated Japanese porcelain marks.
