Accurate green copper spot blemish near the interior rim this minor manufacturing only occurred when tiny mineral impurities oxidized inside the 19th century Wood fire kilns acting as a badge of antique, authenticity this piece also has Iron red slip edges is what they call it along the inner lip of the cylinder and the matching lid edge.
