This beautiful piece is an antique 19th-century German Sitzendorf porcelain potpourri urn in the elegant Dresden style. Features a vibrant, hand-painted floral panel, ornate turquoise scroll handles, and gold gilt accents. The pierced lid was historically used to let fragrances diffuse from dried flower mixtures kept inside.
Condition - Main porcelain body and lid are structurally solid.No hairline cracks, fractures, or modern repairs. NOTE: One applied flower is missing from the very top finial on the lid. Otherwise excellent condition given its age.
