Antique die-cut “Family Record” cover, copyright 1925 by W.C. Co., Tyrone, Pennsylvania. A classic Victorian-style genealogical record sheet with elaborate chromolithograph florals — roses, pansies, daffodils, daisies, and lilies — surrounding heart-shaped “Father” and “Mother” medallions, a vintage family photo illustration, and an open book graphic with lined fields for Names, Births, Marriages, and Deaths, plus a “God Bless Our Family” banner.
This example is blank and unfilled — no family names or dates were ever recorded on it — making it a nice option for a genealogist or crafter who wants to complete it themselves, or for display purely as period ephemera/graphic art.
Condition: significant creasing and fold lines throughout, some edge tearing and a small loss at one corner, light soiling. Reverse is plain and blank.
