- Markings: Clearly embossed on the cast iron handle: "PATD. MAY 2, 93" on one side and "NO. 60" on the reverse.

- Construction: Features a sturdy cast-iron handle holding six intersecting curved steel blades. The central tension assembly screw is intact and holds the unit completely rigid.
- Condition & Patina: Excellent antique condition with a beautifully aged, dark, rustic patina. The steel blades show light, authentic surface oxidation and micro-pitting consistent with a 130-year-old culinary tool. No modern repairs, welds, or structural cracks. It has been left in its untouched, original estate condition.
