Description: Original 1860's pocket cased syringe. It measures 3" long. It has not yet been cleaned or polished and has the original glass cylinder. The original case while present, is separated at the hinge. It came with identified Civil War soldiers (something J. Barry) of the 36th regiment Company "E" pocket bible. Sold separately.
