Our Shipping commitment to you the 'valued customer' :
Please understand that we make no money on shipping the item to your international delivery adress,. Actually in some cases we put in extra should there be a shortfall, as shipping prices change constantly here in this country. The reason being that there is no available choice in different shipping methods, which most first world countries have the luxury of,for instance There is no special 'book and bound' rate unfortunately , these packages go as normal volumetric consignments. Therefore with only one real choice, we are bound by private courier companies and cannot use the local systems as they are exceptionally un- reliable and losses occur all the time, so even though shipping may seem expensive its actually the best value for money we can offer and FASTEST and most reliable way we can get the item to you from our dispatch.
We have had over 15 years experience in shipping from Africa, with worldwide selling on .If you would like a copy of the original tax invoice ( Till slip) and weighbill to prove that the item has been shipped and what was exactly paid we most certainly can reply to you with these details. In the event of any significant difference we most certainly would refund this back to you so that you cover the exact shipping amount only and nothing further. Thank you for understanding.
Please Note: We do not except returns without prior questioning and Permission from us to go ahead !This is due to our almost Non functional postal system here in South Africa, Please send us a message questioning this first ,before sending a return.
