This is an originally carved figurine of a happy or laughing Buddha it is made of amber. The colors are purpleish, pinkish and brown tones the amber glows under UV light of a green and bluish undertone. The temperature of the amber feels warm to the touch and is much lighter than glass. This piece has nice dark rich Crimson tones in natural light collectors. Call this either cherry amber or fire red fire Amber unfortunately the piece is heavily damaged beyond repair, but it would make a great piece for creating jewelry or other carvings. I’ve shown pictures of the damage and broken pieces and it still weighs 305 g. Another term for this amber is natural Baltic cherry amber. It is a semi precious gym material even though the figurine is completely destroyed at 305 g. This piece is considered massive and can make lots of other pieces from it. Cherry Amber is one of the rarest colors according to roughly only .5% of the natural amber varieties I’ve taken pictures of it under UV lights as well as it’s weight showing that it is 305 g and how shows up I’ve also taken pictures showing the sun spangles, proving that it is true Amber and it is a certified fingerprint, proving professional, jeweler and authentic amber, and not a fake plastic. In the sunlight, you can see purpleish, reddish and greenish tones in it.
