• Metal Melting Capacity: Designed to melt up to 44 lbs. (20 kg) of metal and suitable for melting gold, silver, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, cast iron, and other metals.
• Insulated Furnace Construction: Furnace body is made from MS metal sheet with an SS-304 burner nozzle. The heating zone is insulated with 1 inch thick 4-layer refractory ceramic fiber, and the cover is insulated with 4-5 inch refractory ceramic fiber rated to resist temperatures up to 2600°F (1425°C).
• Complete Furnace Package: Includes furnace, burner set, gas hose pipe, and regulator. The unit is ready to use in the USA and works with a standard propane tank without replacing the regulator.
• Included Connection Kit: Comes with 2 gas pressure regulators with manometers rated 0-21 PSI, 2 gas hose pipes measuring 6.5 ft. (2 meters), and 4 hose clamps. Regulator use is also noted for Canada, Australia, Norway, Sweden, New Zealand, Finland, and Israel.
• Specifications and Use: Features a single burner setup with 2 burners, 10" wide x 12" high internal furnace dimensions, and 18" wide x 20.4" high outer furnace dimensions. Suitable for DIY use, jewelry processing factories, jewelry shops, gold panning, metalsmiths, jewelers, and refiners. User manual and assembly instructions are provided with packing.
