For one storyline in 1990, Spider-Man stopped being the guy who cannot make rent and became the strongest hero in the Marvel Universe. The Enigma Force handed Peter Parker flight, unlimited strength and webbing he could shape with his mind, he beat the Tri-Sentinel, and then it was gone. Impel put that version on card #30 of the original 1990 Marvel Universe Series 1 set, and the card back still tallies it like a boxing record: 31 battles fought, 23 wins, 8 losses, a 74% win percentage. GRADED PSA 9 MINT, certification number 67571446, verifiable on PSA\'s own cert lookup. The label carries PSA\'s Fugitive Ink security technology and a reverse cert barcode. Sharp corners, strong centering, clean blue border - the border colour on this set is exactly where most copies lose points, so a 9 is the grade worth owning. Sealed in the PSA holder and never cracked. Ships in a card saver inside a bubble mailer with rigid board support, tracked. Smoke-free home.
