Friends of Louise Bruyn, who is the Newton lady marching to Washington, stage a march themselves from Copley Square to the State House to show their support for Mrs. Bruyn, who is against the war, and the State House the ladies presented some petitions to a group of legislators who came across the street to the Common to meet with the ladies because the State House cops asked the ladies not to go in and one of the legislators, Irving Fishman of Newton, spoke briefly to the group after which the ladies went home.
