Vintage 1941 Pontiac Indian Chief Hood Ornament – Torpedo / Silver Streak
Outstanding original-style1941 Pontiac Indian Chief hood ornamentfeaturing Pontiac\'s unmistakable Native American Chief profile and extremely long swept-backSilver Streak headdress.
This is one of Pontiac\'s most dramatic prewar hood-ornament designs. The streamlined Chief profile, long center ridge and aerodynamic styling perfectly represent Pontiac\'s early-1940s design language.
The ornament retains thered-painted accent lines around the Chief\'s headdress, which add considerable character and are clearly visible in the photographs.
Condition
Good vintage condition with an excellent overall presentation.
The chrome remains bright but showspitting, oxidation, spotting, scratches, plating wear and other age-related imperfections, particularly around the headdress and side panels. The red accent paint shows age and wear.
